New tutorial kurento-hello-world-recorder-generator

Tutorial kurento-hello-world and kurento-hello-world-recorder generator
have been also refactores to allow execution without internet
connectivity. Most external resources have been bowerized. Only
adapter.js needs to be distributed with the bundle.
