Sigproc, split splat release.

This release makes sigproc tier split into "images" the default. It can also include "splat" data tier as well as "orig frame" and "gauss frame" tiers. It is expected to be used for the first large'ish production.

All wheat no chaff release.

This release marks intermediate data files as temporary. They will be purged when no longer required by the snakemake processing graph. To retain them, add --notemp to the snakemake command line. Expect 1MB per "event" compared to 180 MB per "event".
