This introduces the command-line tools for extracting metadata (title, byline, dates, etc.) from the converted documents and for creating an overview of marked up search phrases found in the body of the documents.
Most of this code is covered by unit tests, although these tests rely on two test files that are not included (see #6 for a discussion).
