## How to reuse this resource

All of the code related to this resource has been made openly available. The [code needed to generate the Portal](https://github.com/ScilifelabDataCentre/covid-portal) has been reused multiple times as the basis for other national COVID-19 Data Portals. It could, in principle, be reused to generate other types of portals, including national nodes of the {% tool "pathogens-portal" %}.

Code has also been made available for features that have been integrated into this resource. This includes, for example, the visualisations presented in our data dashboards, for which all code is available in a separate GitHub repository. Not only could this code be used to create similar features for use on the web, the code could also be used to generate visualisations for research publications and other promotional materials. Another example would be the code underlying the biobanks sample collection database, which could be used as a basis for other databases.
