Minimal Cell Kinetic Models

This release contains the fully dynamical well-stirred and spatially-resolved stochastic-deterministic kinetic models of the minimal cell JCVIsyn3A presented in Thornburg et al., Cell, 2021. Also included is the package used to write metabolic reactions into ordinary differential equations "odecell".
