Initial release of the PIQUE visualizer. This release includes the following features:
-Dashboard view, including project-specific quality breakdowns and quality-over-time charts
-Visualize view -> Evaluate window to visualize a PIQUE model. Features dynamic graph manipulation and content
-Project view, including upload area for PIQUE JSON files and version labeling.
-Settings view, including the ability to modify and add branches to projects that have been loaded.

We are still actively developing the visualizer and will continue to release more features.
