What are my legal rights to use copyrighted Mach II documentation or logos?

All documentation posted in the Mach-II Wiki or the Mach-II logos are copyrighted by GreatBizTools, LLC (GBT), which is the organization that owns the copyright to the Mach-II Framework. All documentation and logos (including but not limited to the "implicit M" logo) are the exclusive property of GBT and is protected by federal and international copyright laws.

Individuals may use the documentation for their own personal purposes. Individuals, however, are prohibited from using this documentation for commercial or for-profit purposes (e.g., making presentations, providing training). Except for one's own personal use, documentation posted in the Mach-II Wiki may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or transmitted in any form or by any means, electronic or mechanical, including printing, photocopying, recording, or using any information storage and retrieval system.

The reproduction of any portion of this documentation to be used for commercial or for-profit purposes is a violation of federal copyright law. No adaptations, modifications, translations, or special versions of this documentation may be made without permission in writing from GBT. Requests for using documentation other than one's own personal use should be submitted to service [at] greatbiztools.com.
