Add support for mouse controls & android version

• fix: Remove leftover code which allowed you to exit a battle instantly with no fanfare if you press ui_left
• fix: Add collision boundaries to bedroom south wall to prevent player from being able to go out of bounds
• fix: Display end card when HP is zero instead of just resetting game immediately
• feature: Add support for controlling the game exclusively with a mouse
• feature: Add a pause menu which can be used to reset the game at any time
• Add Android version w/ touch controls
