This branch started out as a MET-575, but it actually didn't need much work. Instead we have

  • updated deps, esp. melinda-marc-record-validators which alleviates MET-575 and fixes MELKEHITYS-3140
  • bypasses nanoid security issues by overrides nanoid version
  • new test for MET-575
  • tune existing tests for MELKEHITYS-3140
