This fixes some things for the new API, namely it move td campaign cards back to nrdb classic style, which means we will not have to write extra code to handle the few decks with TD campaign cards in them for the new API.
So few people use these cards so while this brings us back to the slightly annoying naming for TD campaign cards, i don't think it actually matters and it isn't worth writing special support code for these cards.
