I fixed the zen kernel update script since it did no longer work after the formatting slightly changed from the global nixfmt change. I also updated zen and lqx kernels to their latest version

zen-kernels.nix looks good to me. The changes in the script, I don't know. Better leave that up to @thiagokokada to decide.
