PluginIPad
This plugin one of the way use ruTorrent at portable devices. Plugin allow use scrolling and right-click mouse button (use long tap). I hope that this solution should be work fine for any devices with any touchscreens. However, it's better to use rutorrentMobile plugin which fully change interface for a device with smaller screens.
