Part of this commit are also four new NSString extensions: -stringByTrimmingLeadingCharactersInSet, -stringByTrimmingLeadingWhitespaceAndNewlineCharacters, -stringByTrimmingTrailingCharactersInSet and -stringByTrimmingTrailingWhitespaceAndNewlineCharacters: The last two are not actually used in the code, but they are handy and can be useful in the future if need be.
