First working release codename FRED

This is the first working release. JRE 1.8 or later, is required to run this on a windows PC

Create a folder like "CSV2DCC" on your PC. Copy the .bat file to this folder.

Within "CSV2DCC" create a folder, must be named "bin".

Within the folder "bin" create a folder , must be named "FRED"

Copy the two class files to the "FRED" folder.

Double click on the .bat file and the application should start.
