CS-Py v1.2 Beta Release

Install CS-Py on Windows. Read the README after installation.

NOTE: This is a beta release currently being tested for bug fixes.

Report bugs here. A copy of the GSI cfg file is attached above.

Fixed Bugs for v1.2-beta:

• Removed deprecate clean_db() function. (To be keep being tested in the long-run)
• Runtime and code optimizations.
