Has a lot of improvements and new features compared to version 1.

• Configuration via trade_config.ini.
• Search and results tooltip have now more options than before (Customize everything).
• Shows average and median prices.
• Shows optional sellers accountname.
• Generic league names like "tmpstandard" or "standard", actual league names are pulled from GGG's API.
• Did a lot of groundwork for future improvements/features.
• Killed some bugs. The only good bug is a dead bug!
