Nothing backported to 0.45 needs cherry-picking to 0.46 - we merge the whole 0.45 branch up to it periodically (usually right after a 0.45.x release, and we'll do another right as we're preparing 0.46.0).

(Also, this is totally beside the point, but while it's fine to manually cherry-pick, we can also have the bot do it, which has the benefit of automatically propagating the correct milestone and labels to the backport PR. The syntax for that is a GitHub comment @Mergifyio backport <branch> on the original PR.)
