  • Add setup instructions to README
  • Add docker-compose.yml for dev instance setup
  • Add sample.env file for dev instance setup
  • Alter Flask config via environment variables so that we can disable login for dev instances - shouldn't alter production (link to line)
  • Add READ_ONLY variable to avoid running celery tasks that would alter Jira boards or send emails/slack msgs - shouldn't alter production
