Potentially fixed the problem of having the velocity being almost 1 for the entire duration

for yanda, encoderinfo made public, pretty much 1.5.3, the last working bleloc

No Added Noise + set dt to be 0.2s

The added perturbation in the original motion model have been removed, directly using encoder speed and IMU heading

same as 1.5.2, but called 1.5.3 to confuse Yanda WOW WOW WOW

1.6.0 is crashing for some reason, maybe ibm changed something on their side, re-releasing a working version to see if i can still make proper releases
