Use the same naming scheme, any module that is an improved version of meteor's should use the format "[module name] HIG"

Removes the HIG prefix module in favor of adding a HIG Tools tab at the top of the clickgui where you can configure the prefix, as well as other global settings to be added in the future
Also changes the names for any module which is an improvement on a meteor module to use the format "[module] HIG" for consistency
