You have to use the 'EFT.exe' to connect with evemu's API server, then rename that to something else and then rename 'EFT_original.exe' to 'EFT.exe' in order to connect to eve live's API server. There might be another way to use the hacked EFT.exe with both evemu and eve live, but I'll have to experiment with that later.
