ReciprocalBestApp

This is a Shiny app to compute orthologous genes as pairwise reciprocal best hits.
It uses rbhXpress (El Hilali S. (2022) doi:10.5281/zenodo.7324400).
which depends on Diamond Blast (Buchfink et al. (2021) doi:10.1038/s41592-021-01101-x).
