Added training option for region of attraction approximation #18

Additional context

Neural Lyapunov functions are most useful in the context of approximating the region of attraction (RoA). These changes allow for training which is aware of the RoA estimation task by enforcing the Lyapunov decrease condition only within a pre-determined sublevel set. That sublevel set becomes the RoA estimate.

Additionally, I did some formatting and rearranging of which files contained which code.
