+# Seedlabs' SmartKnob Firmware License 
+
+## Overview
+
+This document outlines the terms and conditions under which Seedlabs ("the Company") provides the SmartKnob Firmware ("the Software"). By downloading, installing, or using the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this license agreement ("the Agreement"). If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, do not download, install, or use the Software.
+
+## License Grant
+
+Seedlabs grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the Software strictly in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
+
+## Restrictions
+
+1. **Derivative Works:** You may modify and create derivative works of the Software. However, all derivative works or modifications must be distributed under the same license terms as this Agreement. Derivative works must also be open source and made available to the public under this Agreement's terms.
+
+2. **Commercial Use:** Use of the Software for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited without obtaining a commercial license from Seedlabs. To acquire a commercial license, please contact Seedlabs at [email protected].

+3. **Sub Licenses and Third-Party Libraries:** The Software may use or incorporate third-party libraries or software. Any sub licenses or licenses from third-party libraries used in the Software must be respected. This Agreement does not overwrite or nullify any terms and conditions of licenses from third-party libraries or software included in the Software. It is your responsibility to comply with the terms of any such licenses.

+## Intellectual Property
+
+The Software and all copies thereof remain the property of Seedlabs or its licensors. All rights not expressly granted to you in this Agreement are reserved by Seedlabs and its licensors.

+## Termination
+
+This Agreement shall remain in effect until terminated by Seedlabs. Seedlabs may, in its sole discretion, at any time and for any or no reason, suspend or terminate this Agreement with or without prior notice. This Agreement will terminate immediately, without prior notice from Seedlabs, if you fail to comply with any provision of this Agreement. Upon termination of this Agreement, you shall cease all use of the Software and delete all copies of the Software from your devices.

+## Warranty Disclaimer
+
+The Software is provided "as is," with all faults, and Seedlabs makes no express or implied representations or warranties, of any kind related to this Software or the materials contained on it.

+## Limitation of Liability
+
+In no event shall Seedlabs, nor any of its officers, directors, and employees, be liable for anything arising out of or in any way connected with your use of this Software, whether such liability is under contract, tort, or otherwise.

+## Severability
+
+If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable or invalid under any applicable law, such unenforceability or invalidity shall not render this Agreement unenforceable or invalid as a whole, and such provisions shall be deleted without affecting the remaining provisions herein.

+## Variation of Terms
+
+Seedlabs is permitted to revise these terms at any time as it sees fit, and by using this Software you are expected to review such terms on a regular basis to ensure you understand all terms and conditions governing use of this Software.

+## Entire Agreement
+
+This Agreement, including any legal notices and disclaimers contained on this website, constitutes the entire agreement between Seedlabs and you in relation to your use of this Software, and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings with respect to the same.

+## Governing Law & Jurisdiction
+
+This Agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Seedlabs' country for the resolution of any disputes.
