Sounds module still unsupported until this can be tested and 1.11 deprecation warnings nuked.

Updated to new syntax
Removed emitsoundany in favor of sdktools, see: Replace emitsoundany with using sdktools instead walliski/sourcemod-mapchooser-extended#5
