This mainly just merges SMODS.deepfind and SMODS.deepfindbyindex into one singular function.
SMODS.deepfindbyindex still exists as a shorthand for backwards compatibility reasons.
The old syntax for calling SMODS.deepfind also still works, for the same backwards compatibility reason.
