NCBI Mass Sequence Downloader v4.4

The release contains several new features:

• Able to handle sequences with different names in the record and in the FASTA file;
• Faster startup;
• Updates entrez.py to the latest upstream;
• Improved server error handling

Binaries for OSX should be available soon
