Changes made in this pull request

  • Adds a new guide to the docs aimed at advanced users with step-by-step instructions on how to attach a debugger to Subnautica.
  • Rider's built-in debugger is covered, and I attempted to add steps for VS as well. Since I cannot test VS on my own machine, those need particular attention.
