Original srt file get saved in another path than the translated srt file

When I save an srt file SE remembers the previous path I have saved in.

If I open a video file from another path as last time i ran SE and translate the subtitle from that video file and press the save button the translated file get saved in that previous path and the original srt file from the video get saved were the video file was opened from.

For me that is a bit weird.

Both files should be saved in the path the Save subtitle as... window is pointing to.
