As @araujoarthur0 pointed out on #1139, the dialogs could have an inconsistent look on their buttons on Windows, due to it trying to guess which to use.
This one forces them to always be buttons, regardless of the text. Most of the times it will look alright, I think it just may be a bit too big on the download dialog, but I can live with it
