Q: What is a TIMD?

The term TIMD stands for "Team In Match Data". The TIMD string is a "compressed" representation of everything that happened in the match. Each piece of information in the TIMD is represented with multiple pairs of a capital letter, and a lowercase letter/number. The capital letter indicates what the following letter/number means.

For example, we could define the letter A to mean match number, and B to indicate driver station. Additionally, we could define a to mean Red 1, b to mean Red 2, and so on. Then, the TIMD string A23Bb would mean Match Number: 23; Driver station: Red 2. Obviously, "real" TIMD strings are much longer.
