[Feature Request] Many elements cannot be translated

Hey guys, many elements cannot be translated, collect the entries that need or could to be translated when you have time, please.

I wanted to translate the interface elements into Simplified Chinese, but I found that you use the Localization tool of CurseForge to manage the translation, so I would like you to sort out the entries that can be translated.

I'll see about the needed import format for curseforge.

Edit:
Import can either be done as table, e.g. L["HIGHLIGHT_HOVEROVER"] = "Hover Over Highlight" or as global string HIGHLIGHT_HOVEROVER = "Hover Over Highlight".
Both formats can likely easily be generated from xls if that's how you prefer it.
Changing the default downloaded enEN locale file would work for importing as well.
