I was unable to find a proper way to update the equipped items so the icon in the playerpanel would change.
The data gets loaded perfectly fine but the icons do not update, i "solved" this using a horrible hack, hopefully someone has a more sane way to do it.
It works for gems and gear for now, talents are also possible but not yet implemented.
Enchants are "impossible", the ids wow spits out do not match with the ones in RetSim.
