New:
The Open.Theremin provides now a GATE signal on the right channel (up to now unused) of the stereo audio socket. Use a 3.5mm split cable from stereo to 2 x mono. The audio signal will be on the left channel as before. The gate trigger and hysteresis levels can be set in the build.h file.

Fixes:

• No more pitch CV glitches for very low notes
• Small pitch CV voltage jumps are now eliminated
• Overall performance is improved
