NoAutoClose (and similar addons) make
UIPanelWindows[frameName]nil, which breaks showing/hiding default frames, and can also cause errors when toggling the settingChanging parent regardless, and checking whether framesUILayoutEngineSettings[frameName] is non-nil, fixes these issues
