Stable release: Native file

Uses native files instead of byte files. Removes dependency from having to have OCaml installed.

Post-release release: Stable

• Fixed a bug with exchanging tiles
• Mostly unchanged from before! Stable/tested.
• This version is used as the final submission for CS 3110
