- Edge activated hats and predicate hats can now be compiled
- Fixed predicate based hats that return promises/yield

This will be used by tests
Now supports edge-activated and predicate-based hats
Improve handling of promises and stackClick with predicate-based hats
They can now be compiled, so this code is dead.
