[TT-12407] MDCB improvements

Description

In MDCB chart,

• Enable setting of security secret using k8s secret
• Change default value of security secret
• Add annotation to watch for mdcb secret in deployment
• Move mdcb.probes.httpPort to mdcb.httpPort
