Description of Changes

In this pull request, I created an About page to address the non-functional "About" link on the original website. I also enhanced the navigation experience by linking the Concept button on the main page to the About page and the Contact button to the Contact page. These changes aim to improve the overall navigation process and make it easier for users to access important sections of the website.

Testing
