  • Fixes problems with SA-MP 0.3.7-R3 and SA-MP 0.3.DL: Peds not running correctly and floating.
  • Turns brightness and mousefix fixes off by default since it only applies to Windows versions before Windows 10.
  • Removes automatic crash reporting code - since it did not work after the sixtytiger.com domain went offline years ago.
  • Adds fpslimit option in crashes.cfg that enables or disables the forced SA-MP fps limit of 100. This is off by default since it is game breaking and provides an unfair advantage in the physics engine of GTA SA.
