Altered the tray check meantioned in last comit.
Added more tray watcher checks. In some cases the VehicleUI can break the visibilty of tray items until they are manually toggled or a check event triggers.
Fix: War Statusbars attached to main art so offset works how it should.
Added Bartender4 Version to /sui version chat command and to SUI options screen.
Bumped Bartender4 Out of date version & made it popup ALL the time.
Fixes #54 - Rares appear gold instead of silver. in Fel & War
Honor Statusbar tooltip fix
Added some Localization
