This is the final project on MATH 540 Statistical Learning class. To run the code just run the cells in MulticlassLogisticRegression.ipynb file. but before download MNIST dataset at the following link: https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1h0mPnQsZbUEEfE7x8rdD8s9P2DGqqEEx?usp=sharing and place those files in Google Collabarotory or Jupyter Notebook.
