Version 3.0 Release

- Completely rewritten from scratch!
- Managed to remove some of the hard coded data thanks to new APIs!
- Added AceConfig and AceConfigDialog because I wasn't going to hard code the Config parts this time
- Expect ton of fixes in the coming days
- New strings for translators to translate and old lines to check if they need changes (PM me at Curseforge after you are done)
