Updating cause v28.0.0 has an issue with a panic in checkTx causing sporadic crashes.

Thank you! They'll remove the v28.0.2-patch-1 soon which will fix the version output, so I'll go ahead and create a pre-release image as-is and re-run the tests later before creating an official release
