Initial Prototype

This release is a working prototype of the cloud IDE with minimal functionality. Features a login page, sign up page, and editor page. Login and sign up are just placeholders with no logic behind them and the editor page integrates a basic text editor set for JavaScript development but no saving or execution of code.
