Transitioned to DataFrames.jl from JuliaDB.jl
DataFrames.jl is actively maintained compared to JuliaDB.jl
People coming from R and Python would find it intuitive to use DataFrames.jl for data manipulation
Removed: arabic, normalize, encode, dediac (all of these moved to Yunir.jl)
