This PR addresses issue #356
Describe Problem / Root Cause
Adding a search functionality feature to the FAQs page for easier accessibility and better user experience.
Solution proposed
I have added a search bar in the FAQ Page that displays results based on the text entered (it compares with both the question and answer).
The displayed FAQs are updated for each letter changed in the search bar.

I have followed the flutter style guidelines.
