feat: host aliases helm

Description

I create additional function ot helm chart, based of ouer enterprise needs. I will be glad to help with maintance of Trivy to grow. I testes this helm chart and it work perfect.
Before there was a problem for pod to get all nesesery hostnames inside pod with some of kubernetes air-gapped setup
After this it will be easier for companies like ouers to customize hostnames inside TrivyOperator and TrivyServer pods inside kubernetes

Just FYI, Build and Helm tests should be fixed after #2406

Thanks for info. I just tested chart in PROD, so it shoud be good :)
