Description of Change
Add elasticsearch snapshotting commands. REQUIRES EXISTING SNAPSHOT REPOSITORY!
Also includes "true-up" - that is, guarantees consistency of an ES snapshot that is older than the current database - reindexes items from edit log that have changed since the snapshot was taken.
