Hmmm, I think we need this, but I'm also not finding it intuitive to read. I think we should add an actual measurement tables (e.g., parallaxes) and then add this one all commented out with explanations. |

I still have to add asymmetric error bars, but would appreciate feedback re: whether to leave this as "measurement" in the template, as opposed to being specific (e.g., making a "parallax" table that we then mention can be adapted to any measurement).
